Hope for Children is a Christian charity organisation which was founded in 1994 by two British school teachers and two local church pastors in order to help families and children in crisis situations who:

• are malnourished
• cannot afford winter clothing
• cannot afford medical treatment
• cannot afford the books and equipment they need for school and are therefore truant
• have to work, beg or steal to survive
• are used and abused
• lack the love, attention and security they need
• often have no caring adult nearby to turn to for help
• find the street an easier place to live than home
• have no support to build a better future

They feel they have no hope...but there is hope!

With God's help we have established day centres for children, a family support centre, as well as helping foster families.

We are motivated by love. Through God's pure, unselfish, and all-embracing love, we endeavour to show love to those who need it most.
